User Agreement
This agreement is between you and Rose Tech HQ LLC and applies whenever you sign in to Rose. You use Rose because an organization invited you, and that organization's agreement with us is the Terms of Service. By signing in, you agree to this User Agreement and to the acceptable-use rules in those terms.
1. Your account
- Your account is for you alone. Don't share your sign-in or let anyone else use your session.
- Keep the email address on your account current; it is how you sign in and how your organization reaches you.
- Set up multi-factor sign-in when Rose asks, and keep your authenticator app or other second factor safe.
- Tell your organization's administrator, or us, right away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Your organization controls your workspace account
The workspace and the work in it belong to your organization. Its Owners and Admins decide what you can see and do, can change your role or team access, and can remove your access at any time. When you leave the organization, your work stays with it.
People in your organization see your work according to their own access: the projects and tasks of teams they belong to, comments and chats they take part in, and documents in Library sections open to them.
3. When an Owner views Rose as you
To help with problems, an Owner of your organization can use View as to see Rose exactly as you see it, read only, for up to an hour. Making any change in that mode needs a second, deliberate step. Every session is recorded in the organization's Audit Log under both names.
Owners, and anyone whose role includes Cannot be viewed as, can't be viewed this way. In Settings › Privacy you can check live whether that protection applies to you, and see every time anyone has viewed Rose as you.
4. Accounts you connect
Calendar and mail accounts you connect are yours. Teammates can see when you are busy, but they see your event titles only if you approve their request, and they don't see your mail, except as described in the section above. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings › Accounts, which deletes what Rose stored for it.
5. How you use Rose
- Follow the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service, the law, and your organization's own policies.
- Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect, and only add information you are allowed to share.
- Tell people before you record a Team Up call, and get the consent the law requires.
- Check AI output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
- Don't try to reach information your access doesn't allow, or test the platform's security without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us.
6. Records of activity
Rose keeps an audit log of significant actions (such as changes to people and access, and changes to important records) so your organization can see who did what. Audit entries cannot be edited or deleted. Your organization's Admins can read its audit log.
7. Your information
How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy. How we keep Rose secure is set out in the Trust Center.
8. Ending your access
Your organization can end your access, and we can suspend it if your account threatens the security of Rose or breaks these rules. You can ask your organization to remove you at any time.
9. Warranty, liability and law
The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and New Jersey governing-law terms in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement too.
10. Changes
We may update this agreement. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and ask you to accept significant changes when you next sign in.
